摘要	New species of fossil hymenopterans Eopelecinus mecometasomatus, E. giganteus, E. leptaleus, E. hodoiporus, E. eucallus, E. mesomicrus, E. pusillus, and E. laiyangicus are described from the Laiyang Formation, Shandong, China. The age of the insect-bearing deposits of the Laiyang Formation is briefly discussed; it is accepted as being close to the age of 'the Yixian Formation, which corresponds to the Late Jurassic (Late Tithonian) or Early Cretaceous (Berriasian).
