摘要	fossil wing of a species from the Haifanggou Formation of Beipiao City in Liaoning Province, northeastern China is described as Kaffigramma jurarchegonium, sp. nov. It may be the oldest and the second largest species so far known within the family Kalligrammatidae, an extinct member of the order Neuroptera. Although the age of net-winged insect-bearing beds is controversial, this specimen belongs probably to the latest Middle Jurassic or earliest Late Jurassic.
